Preowned. 2nd hand. Lots of paint transfers, but they are small. There are also some paint chips underneath the hat and her staff. Her air effect on the heart actually had a clean cut off, but was easily repaired and very unnoticeable. I don't know if it's just me, but her effects also dont go all the way in on her base. I personally never had an issue, but wanted to state that. No kuribou. Minor wears on box. Overall good to display.
