Hello, I'm looking into getting an official dakimakura pillow inner stuf pillow, but I want to know exactly what it is that would be a good choice. So far I've seen 150x50cm pillow cases, but my Dengeki Festival Erio is 155, so I went searching and found this item:
www.1999.co.jp/...
Is this a good product? Is there a product any of you would recommend? I really want to have an official pillow for my pillow cases that is of good quality. I can never find pillows this size in the stores here in the states, the biggest falls short of what I need by 100cm ;^;

Sorry for the late reply. I don't check the clubs very often. The pillow you linked should be ok. The problem, in my opinion, is that they are overpriced. Add to that the shipping would also be very expensive (most likely more than the pillow itself to ship), it almost isn't worth it to most people.
I suggest you to purchase something domestically that make custom size pillows. It is hard to find one in stores such as Bed Bath and Beyond and Target. As you know, they are around 137x50 or something.
So online would be your best bet. One such place that I have recommended is Royal Pillow. www.royalpillow...
I explained it in past comments in this club if you want to read them. I have had others purchase from there before and they are happy with it. Back then, most covers were 150x50, so the medium size pillow would suffice. However, now most covers are 160x50 or 170x50. If you call them up, they will do a custom size one for a few dollars more (you may need to calculate it in inches though since they use inches. I'd recommend adding 1 or 2 inches more than what is needed. Shipping is also probably around $12, so you can get a pillow with shipping for the price (if not cheaper) than the price of the one you linked alone without shipping.
Hope this helps.

Amiami has a selection of inner pillows for the 150x50 cm format: slist.amiami.co...
However, I can't really judge the differences. Right now, I have an unlabeled chinese stuffing and a Shin Sweet Dakimakura Body.
The chinese one is more voluminous at the moment. Will see how the long term behaviour will be like, after more hot summer nights in bed...
Want to try a 3rd brand next, maybe the A & J one, they say it "increases the quality of the print coloring". Maybe I'll notice it, maybe not, but worth a try I think.

I ordered a custom 22x62 body pillow from ReynosoHomeDecor (send them an email and they added a listing for me - the price was $57.60). A standard 20x60 pillow will end up loose and pillows tend to shrink/get less puffy over time, so you want to always try to overstuff by 2 inches or so all around. I liked ReynosoHomeDecor's since it's really sturdy and fluffs well (just don't be stupid and try throwing it through the washer as it will re-arrange all the insides and make it clumpy)

I got a pillow from overstock.com that's almost exactly the 150x50mm of a typical dakimakura cover. It has a top layer of memory foam and it only cost me 35 bucks shipped. Check it out if you're looking for something to stuff your pillowcases :)

Choosing your inner pillow stuff is quite hard. I purchased my grand siberian inner pillow 2 years ago from ADP and still feels the same. It's worth every penny I've saved for. You may try this one: www.animedakima...
