I agree, and on top of that, they ship the fastest to our EU member state, compared to other sellers, regardless of the place and the shipping price (for now).

Has anyone ever placed a Goodsmile US order with card initially, and then changed it to paypal, but not have that reflected in the order details?

I placed an order for two nendoroids, changed the payment for one last week but the payment for the other this week.

I've had the money already taken out for both, but the first one still says that it's being paid for with a card, while the second one says paypal.

I'm a little anxious about being charged twice for something, and their customer service has been less than helpful.

I reached out to customer service around 5 days ago, but I haven't heard back from them.

Had a support case open with them last month and waited for 3 weeks for a follow-up. Was told they are getting a lot of support requests presently and running behind.
Have you heard anything since your post last month as well?

Hi, reciently I was thinking to buy a new figure, I looked in some places and i end up thinking, "What if I see in some european sites?" the thing is that I only know 2 of them that has that figure, the Tokyo卍Revengers - Sano Manjirou - 1/7 - Volume 24 Cover Illustration Ver.

In both sites the figure was the censored one.
So I would like to know more webpages that are from Europe, basically for triying if it is more worth it paying a little bit more but forget about taxes and shippment or if it almost the same buying it from Japan directly and pay taxes and the shippment.

So, in resume, Can you recommend me some pages that sells figures from Europe?

Anyone know a proxy that will purchase from sites that block proxies? I’ve already tried Dejapan, Buyee, and Zenmarket. They won’t buy from sites that “don't like” proxies.

I place the order on Zenmarket and sent them an “urgent” message after explaining how the sale doesn’t last long and if they could purchase it quickly. Hours later I got reply saying they couldn’t do it as they have a queue, but after that (about 15 minutes later) I got a message saying they were able to purchase it during the timed sale! So I’m not sure what really did it, but I think placing your order right when the sale begins helps a lot.

Ohh I’m just glad it went through, the thing I want I lost in a yahoo auction before so I was determined to get it this time around *__*
