The big winner this year was definitely Artist Alley over Vendors for me. SUPER talented artists with plenty stock, and some of the friendliest people I've chatted with for a while. Not to mention people drawing and making merch for "oldies" like D Gray Man again!! I was so startled.
Vendors was a lot of the same stuff, Aliexpress dropshippers, and a good few gems inbetween, I feel. I usually expect at least a couple more "small merch" vendors, like opened blindbox stuff, keychains, movie merch, and more than just one or two videogame merch vendors. I am however always glad to see what I remember way back as Small Time Businesses really succeeding in vendors now, like Gawki and Sorbet Jungle.
I found a couple prize figs for the regular prices I would have seen, like Bitter Chocolatier Miku for 30$ when I was planning on BBTS 39+shipping, and the very back had a vendor called Galactic Toys whose prices were super reasonable for the expected Con Tax I see elsewhere; $70 for a Yugioh fig everyone else was selling for at LEAST $115, stuff like that. It was still a bit lackluster and we ended up just hopping booths to what we wanted to hunt specifically for rather than browsing.

I don't tend to look for figures for the same reason, and do hit the artist's alley first (it's also my favorite too :)). Sometimes, I can find CDs or old artbooks for a good price, so I still go to the main area, but I definitely don't get figures there from anyone aside from a distributor anymore. I was surprised that Nazuna prize was similar to retail in US stores, TBH.
I do have her link. Her shop is
www.rttnpnk.net...
, but you have to keep an eye out for her opening it. I checked daily last year for 2 months to get a Sailor Pluto print she did, and have been following her socials/checking the site since. I was thrilled when she announced she was at ACen. :). I made sure to find her, and was thrilled to see that Chii, Yor, and Sailor Saturn print, as she had previously said they likely wouldn't be sold.
I'm sorry about you not being able to find her originally, that's on me. :(. I thought she used two threes, and it's just 3liemarie, apparently. Here's her insta:

Her site is showing all three of those prints will be up at some point (plus a gorgeous Tohru one I didn't have money to buy. More for next year, I guess lol), so keep checking back. :).
Thanks so much for the links!!! It's so gorgeous :D

Omg! Do you happen to have a link for 3li3marie? I tried searching that up online but didn't see anything. It's gorgeous!
Artist alley is my favorite place at cons. Usually the figures were available online so I'm not as pressed to get them at a con (plus unless it's by the official distributor they can be pretty marked up)
