5★ - A leap of faith that paid off.
I was concerned at first because they were one of, if not, the only store I could find that still had the figure I wanted available for preorder. I took a chance and preordered using their easy to navigate order system. The price was a little higher than I had seen elsewhere but the amount of communication and assurance I received in return more than made up for the difference in price.
An extremely communicative and friendly business, they kept me informed about the status of my order at every step of the process and shipped quickly once it was in stock. Item arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a shop I had not dealt with before. Thank you for such a smooth transaction.

I did not know this store very well and did my research for it it before placing an order (They had a quick selling item on preorder that I couldn't find anywhere else), so I bought from this site and took the risk. I am now very happy that I did order from here. Because the staff there are very polite, quick to respond, packs everything very neatly and properly secured, quick to ship out, and I had no doubt from it after that, so whenever I am looking to shop for any specific collectible, I would definitely look on their site first. You rarely find such an honest and precise service anywhere anymore. But don't worry, the packaging yoyakunow use are not going to be heavy. They pack the smart way!

5★ - Why Yoyakunow is my go to from now on
Absolutely amazing customer experience with this supplier. I was looking for a rare prize figure that I was unable to find anywhere else, but I was able to find it on Yoyakunow. I was skeptical at first since I had never heard of the site and they had only been in business for a couple years at the time, but considering I really wanted the figure and they only had one left, I went ahead with the purchase.
I am really glad I did as the experience was amazing, they kept me informed, provided several payment methods and shipping options, even FedEx! I had never seen a Japanese site offer FedEx shipping before. The item left the supplier on a Monday and was in the states at my house that Thursday, I was stunned at the speed of delivery and upon opening the package equally stunned at the care that went into ensuring the figures were well protected for the shipping process.
About a month after my first order, another set of figures come out that I was unable to find anywhere. I contacted Yoyakunow and asked if there was any chance, they could get them, within 2 business days they had them up on the site for purchase.
I am consistently amazed at the quality-of-service Yoyakunow provides that have certainly turned me into a loyal customer, who will continue doing business with them.

5★ - Had the figure preorder I really wanted.
I learned of the preorder for Second Axe metal paint Asagi ITEM #1490582 very late. Wanted the Lilith store exclusive item ITEM #1491094 and Yoyakunow still had preorders available.
After I confirmed my preorder, they kept me updated on delays that had popped up, and when the order arrived had several options for shipping.
Package arrived quickly, and upon opening it was packed really well.
Each item was bubble wrapped and surrounded with a bunch of packing paper, really secure.

5★ - Excellent Customer Service!
It’s not a figure, but I received my collector’s edition of FFVII Crisis Core: Reunion via Yoyakunow. Like others, I read some stuff that made me anxious at first, but everything turned out absolutely fine. The staff updated me throughout my item’s journey - like, from order confirmation to arrival at their store, and so on. Item was well-packaged. Staff was pleasant to work with, attentive to details, and quick to reply to my emails. I would shop with them again!
