Got my first order today, manga box set and a single manga volume.
Package got here on the specified date so no complaints there, packaging was done very carefully aswel, nothing wrong with either of the articles. Will definitely order here again and update the review accordingly.

So far I've ordered two figures from this shop. Both of these figures I couldn't really find available in some of the more popular shops. Early last year when I ordered the first figure I didn't realize the payment deadline would be really short for a pre-order (at this time I only had ordered from shops that allowed you to pay when the figure was in-stock) so I asked customer support if there is any way to extend the deadline by two or three days and to my surprise not only they were fine with it but they even extended the deadline way longer than I had asked!

I'm from Europe so shipping for me took less than a week and the shipping price itself was pretty cheap. Both shipping boxes came fine and they also include enough packing paper to make sure the figure and the figure box wouldn't get damaged during shipping.

After looking around for ITEM #728445 with the kotobukiya bonus for a while I stumbled across Archonia. After comparing prices with AmiAmi and Hobby Search/1999 (who both didn't have the bonus), It actually worked out cheaper for me to order through them by a couple of pounds, so I went for it.
I ordered it on a Saturday and received it on the Wednesday! Considering that it shipped from Belgium to the UK (and that I ordered it during the weekend) I was very surprised by the speed of delivery.

The packaging was very good. I chose DPD Pickup for delivery as it was the cheapest option. Since I don't drive I walked to collect it and it was raining and very windy. After walking a mile with it in the rain no water had seeped through the cardboard as the box was very thick (which I'm very glad for). When I opened it, there was a lot of paper holding it in place and the figure box is in great condition. There was a piece of cardboard on top where I cut through the tape, so I wouldn't damage the figure box when opening.

Overall I am very happy with my order and will happily purchase through them again!

Good shop with great customer service. Prices varies. Prices are mostly market comform. I have multiple figures from them and never had some issues.
Update: Since the last time I filled in this review Archonia has improved their way of packaging and their are more payment options. In stock items are shipped a lot faster.

I haven't recieved any products so I leave things blank. The customer service looks for me nice but I've never used so actually also blank :p. item selection is pretty good, stock is good normal I guess xD. Items prices are a bit higher then official shops (reddotcommerce) their prices are sometimes 10,- cheaper but the payment option for me was actually pretty nice not everywhere you can pay with iDeal so... but it's a really good webshop for me is it a 7.5/10 ♥
