dont buy, no answer no refund no item

Bought two figures with them as a pre-order back in August 2022. Figure one released in November 2022 in Japan and figure two released in January 2023. I am aware that it takes some time for oversea retailers to receive their stock but when I checked their website in April 2023 both figures were listed as in stock.
I e-mailed them if something had gone wrong and at first I got nothing but auto replies. Then I got a message saying they would 'ask their supplier where it went wrong' then nothing for two more weeks, getting an occasional auto reply here and there, promising me that I was not forgotten.
Eventually I got sick of it and asked for a refund. I'll get the figures somewhere else. They replied back to me that it was okay and that they would honor this.
Except it has been weeks now and they haven't replied to anything. No refund has been made, not even a little. They have been ignoring me whenever I try to reach out. I'd call them if they have a listed phone number.
Planning to call my bank tomorrow to have them fix it for me.

I made a pre order of two figures that were going to be available in March, and now it's April, the figures are in stock on the website and I haven't received any update or tracking code, they are also not answering my email about it

5★ - Would recommend if you don't mind higher prices
If you are in the UK I can recommend if an item is on sale for a good amount less or it is something you can't find anywhere else. Trustworthy, but there can be a lot of waiting for orders to be shipped as it seems like they are a small company. It is cheaper for me to order from Japan as I ship my orders in one box. I have ordered a few things from here. Two figures that were on sale, one was the same price as if I ordered from Japan (including fees) and another that I couldn't get at my usual shops, which can only a little bit more. If you had things to your price-watch you might be given offers to save a little money.

I have shopped with Animegami for a few years now, I have had superb customer service through any problem faced, to point out through no fault of animegami’ service. Always friendly and happy to help in anything they can.
The packaging has always been perfect, I have received several packages that have come in sturdy outer boxes and covered with bubblewrap inside. Never received a damaged item, though I’m certain if I did animegami would assist as best they could.
There more expensive items do usually have a good price set against other competitors, the cheaper items tend to be slightly more expensive. But compared to the reliability animegami offer it’s worth it.
