2★ - Takes months to ship out parcels.
Has been my to-go shop for figurines for over 10 years.
However, after their recent aggressive marketing, they don't seem to be able to keep up anymore.
Two years ago it would take like 1-2 business days to ship my order.
In 2023 it takes about a month and half to get an order shipped out after payment. (plus an additional week or two for actual shipping by air)
Will be finding alternatives now.
Only order if you don't mind waiting for months to get the items shipped out.

2★ - This is the last straw
I cannot support this single shipment thing going on for 1/7 scales, especially after paying a fortune as a canadian customer for years (DHL was the only shipping option until this month). I pay more than twice the price in shipping + customs than when I use other shops!!! (Using the same carrier!)
I have canceled all my orders with them after being a customer since 2010. I am taking my business elsewhere!

2★ - Not as good as back then
I used amiami literally for years now. Definitely more than 7 years. Now 30 and I see the decline in service, especially after covid.
It feels like every company that has gotten too huge and doesn't care about their customer anymore because 'there's always someone else who can replace you as a customer'.
If shipping cost are almost as much as your item which is already in the 100s then you can imagine the reluctance and I'm asking why there's only EMS or DHL.
Only to get the answer the size doesn't fit for surface parcel which I know is not true because I dealt with shippings from japan enough to know the dimensions are the same for EMS & Surface.
I ordered a figure here which is sadly only exclusive on amiami so I had to buy it here. The figure itself is a 1/8 scale.
At another shop, Okini Land, I ordered a figure with a scale of 1/7, so much bigger and way more details but they can ship it with surface. Yeah, very suspicious.
If it comes to figures, except for exclusives you can't buy anywhere else, I will evade this shop like the pest from now on.

2★ - ami ami order cancelling order (again)
well they canceled another one one of my orders / pre-order they canceled a bunch of figure pre-orders on me and I was looking forward to them which made me pretty angry because now I am scrambling to find those same figures with different companies and right now it seems like none of the, are available anymore because all the pre-orders have closed already. unlike other companies that will usually hold your order for you until they find another method to ship hey just cancel the order instead. I like the company and I have been shopping with them for a few years and have spent a lot of money with them it would be nice if they could try and hold a persons items while they find a different shipping company. I have had so many different orders from different companies this year and with most they hey have held on to my items and then sent it through a different shipping company like FedEx, I find they demand a lot from their customers but when its the other way around I feel like they really throw the customer under the bus.
