I was nervous about using this site because I try to buy within the US, after getting burned by Buyee. I was wary because AmiAmi didn't have a shipping price at the checkout, so I asked for an estimate, and they got back to me within a day, with a price that was more than fair.

I ended up buying a gift for my sister's birthday, and got it within a week! I was really happy because I didn't expect to get it in time. The package was packed nicely and came with a cute postcard.

Overall great experience, I'd definitely do business with them again.

My go-to place to get figures. I find the site easy to navigate and it easy to save items for later. I have ordered several times and have never had problems with either new/pre-orders or pre-owned items. Preowned items have been in great condition. Always packed well and I always like seeing the next illustration when I open the parcel.

Never an issue before Rona~ After is a different story, but I dont blame them~

I recently did a haul, having accumulated a bunch of items into one big order since December. I decided to delete some things from my order because I saw that they weren't really well made (they were all figures). Now, everyone knows that AmiAmi has a strict rule in regards to order cancellations/changes and I had 15 items in total but wanted to take out 4. Talked to a rep and they changed my order for me, no sweat. They were very professional and prompt, I was so worried it would take awhile for them to fix my order since my payment deadline was coming soon. I was very happy with that and the rep was extremely helpful; had other questions regarding other orders etc and they answered me very well. Package came eventually and it was very well packed. I know AmiAmi uses paper instead of bubble wrap which is pretty awesome since I can recycle the paper easily, compared to the bubble wrap. The shipping was pretty decent too for 11 items (all figures), came up to about ~5000 JPY. Would really recommend this site! Also, the pre-owned section is filled with OOP figures at times so do check that out!

As I just had to leave a very poor review for another company (which was not fun to do) I felt I should balance things out by sending some praise to a company that has served me right for many years. I can always rely on AmiAmi to have what I want, their stock is amazing and I preorder from them on a routine basis. I've also obtained a number of good deals through their sale section and through their preowned section. If I have ever encountered an issue it has only been a couple times and each time it was a broken figure due to manufacturing error, they have replaced the figure both times with only picture evidence from me and they do it at rapid speed. I would also like to note that I have moved ALOT in the last couple years and with every change of address I have never had an issue, the products always make it to the right door step. Every time I receive an order it is meticulously packaged with great care, nothing has ever been broken due to their packaging. With all of that being said I would like to say thank you to AmiAmi for being a trustworthy company, that has what I need, and thank you to your customer service staff who are always quick to answer questions in a polite way!
