Goody Japan seems to ship via unreg. SAL too. Just noticed they have added 200 yen handling fee to their shipping rates.
Unless Tora is like Suru which has time sales and buy 5, 10, 15 of a kind, get 5, 10, 15% off promos.
But definitely Tora is cheaper than From Japan though I'm not sure if Goody Japan will still include bank transfer fee.
