Personally, Chaos;Head is my favorite. Mainly cause I'm a sucker for a cool atmosphere, and I don't like lots of choices. Steins;Gate has my favorite characters though.

Steins;Gate does indeed have the best characters. I personally love Chaos;Child and is my favorite entry. Although Chaos;Head has the better protagonist. Takumi is literally me.
