Hey so I have been dealing with an issue where they cancelled a bunch of my orders without my consent or notifying me and then refunded a bunch of them as payments through paypal. Most of these orders were from years ago since covid started and Japan stopped shipping to Canada. This also means I was charged paypal fees on top of receiving less money because of the currency exchange being different now. I have been trying to contact them for over a month to have this solved and they have continued to ignore me. Now I have been locked out of my Goodsmile account and I cannot access any of my information or order history. Does anyone know of someone else to contact or anyway to get this fixed? Has anyone had this issue before? I have no idea what to do and have probably lost over $200 in this mess.
Please help.
