Sei for sure has been opened. Clear is a maybe. (I moved and so they're at a relative's house. That's why I can't remember for certain).
Ah okay forget about Sei then, I'm looking for new in packaging. Sorry for troubling you.

Yeah he's really cute with the hat ♡, it's a picture posted by Gift on twitter for celebrating Halloween(and the release of DMMd re:code), I just searched on the database if there is a plush with this hat, and nothing, plus they didn't mention anything on the tweet, so I guess it was made for the occasion.
