3★ - No-one’s perfect, but some adjustments were needed
Their Haymarket store in Sydney city is very welcoming and the staff can be very helpful.
However, being denied a refund and not violating any rules stated in the Returns Policy at the time of January 31st 2023 due to a mistake on their end for not making an explicit rule in regards to the Change of Mind Policy, publicly clear is disappointing.
Neither was the working manager at the time cooperative such as pulling up the Returns Policy yet refusing to show any such rule of Change Of Mind at the time.
At the very least, another staff member at the other section of the store at least tried to be understanding and cooperative as possible and so much as provided a validating reason as to why I could not be granted a refund. And that is from a team member, not the manager.
Other than that personal issue of mine. The store in general is a great place to shop. There is a wide variety of products sold at standard retail price and free memberships for a 10% discount is appreciative. Though I do hope they can have more Out Of Stock items in stock as soon as possible.
Overall, a good store to go to when you are in Sydney City or nearby Abbotsford that isn’t too far from either. I would appreciate next time not to be lied to from a mistake on their end.

Bought online from them while I was at Melbourne.
I find items here to be quite expensive, even before shipping is applied, then again i feel that this is a common case for most brick and mortar stores in Australia.
Other than that I've had no issue about buying things from here.
Service is great and I would love to pop by their stores if I'm ever in Sydney.
